The set of reagents AmpliSens® Yellow fever virus-FL is intended for the qualitative determination of the RNA of the yellow fever virus (YFV) in biological material (blood plasma, saliva, urine, tissue (autopsy, biopsy) material, mosquitoes) by PCR method hybridization-fluorescent detection of amplification products. The reagent kit is used in clinical laboratory diagnostics. The material for carrying out RT-PCR is the sample of RNA extracted from the test material.
