AmpliSens® MAGNO-sorb-URO Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit

AmpliSens® MAGNO-sorb-URO nucleic acid extraction kit is developed for extraction of DNA from the biological material (vaginal, cervical, urethral discharge; urine) for subsequent qualitative or quantitative detection of pathogens’ DNA which causes sexually transmitted infections, other infections of reproductive organs and urinary tract by PCR.

AmpliSens® Corynebacterium diphtheriae / tox-genes-FRT PCR kit

AmpliSens® Corynebacterium diphtheriae / tox-genes-FRT PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for qualitative detection of Corynebacterium diphtheriae DNA and genes encoding toxins of Corynebacterium diphtheriae and Corynebacterium ulcerans in the biological material (nasopharyngeal swabs, oropharyngeal swabs, swabs from disease sites, germ culture), using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection of amplified products.

The biological material for study may be taken from patients suspected of diphtheria etiology of the disease (laryngotracheitis, laryngitis, croup); from patients with tonsillitis with a pathological effusion on the tonsils, with suspicion of the pharyngeal (paratonsillar) abscess; infectious mononucleosis; stenosing laryngotracheitis; from persons who were in contact with the source of the infection (for epidemiological reasons); from persons newly admitted to specialized long-stay institutions for children and adults (for prophylactic purposes).

AmpliSens® Rickettsia conorii-FRT PCR kit

AmpliSens® Rickettsia conorii-FRT PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for qualitative detection of Rickettsia conorii DNA in the biological material (blood, tissue (autopsy, biopsy) material, eschars swabs, cerebrospinal fluid, ticks) using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection of amplified products.

The PCR kit is used for the analysis of biological material, taken from the persons suspected of tick spotted fever (tick-borne rickettsiosis) without distinction of form and presence of disease manifestation, and ticks.

AmpliSens® Borrelia miyamotoi-FRT PCR kit

AmpliSens® Borrelia miyamotoi-FRT PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for qualitative detection of Borrelia miyamotoi DNA in the biological material (blood, tissue (autopsy, biopsy) material, cerebrospinal fluid, ticks) using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection of amplified products.

The PCR kit is used for the analysis of biological material, taken from the persons suspected of ixodic tick-borne borreliosis without distinction of form and presence of manifestation, and ticks.

AmpliSens® Yellow fever virus-FRT PCR kit

AmpliSens® Yellow fever virus-FRT PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for qualitative detection of Yellow fever virus (YFV) RNA in the biological material (blood plasma, saliva, urine, tissue (autopsy, biopsy), mosquitoes) using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection of amplified products. The material for RT-PCR is RNA-samples extracted from test material.

AmpliSens® FiloA-screen-FRT PCR kit

AmpliSens® FiloA-screen-FRT PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for qualitative detection of RNA of Ebola virus variant Zaire (EBOV Zaire), Ebola virus variant Sudane (SUDV) and Marburg virus (MARV) of Filoviridae family in the human biological material (whole blood or its components: leucocytes and plasma), using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection of amplified products.

The PCR kit is used for the analysis of biological material, taken from the persons suspected of filoviral haemorrhagic fevers without distinction of form and presence of manifestation.
