AmpliSens®  BRCA1-FRT  PCR kit 

AmpliSens® BRCA1-FRT PCR kit ( catalog number S-3901-1-CE) is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for determination of genetic susceptibility to cancer by qualitative detection of germline mutations (5382insC (rs80357906), 4153delA (rs80357711), 300T>G (C61G) (rs28897672) and 185delAG (rs80357914)) in the BRCA1 gene in biological material (venous whole blood), using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection of amplified products. The material for PCR is DNA samples extracted from test material. 

AmpliSens®  F2/F5-SNP-FRT  PCR kit 

AmpliSens®  F2/F5-SNP-FRT  PCR kit ( catalog number  S-3451-1-CE )   is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for qualitative genotyping the 20210 G>A (rs1799963) polymorphism in prothrombin gene (F2) and R534Q G>A (rs6025) polymorphism in proaccelerin gene (F5) in biological material (whole venous blood) using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection of amplified products in order to determine genetic predisposition to thrombosis. The material for PCR is DNA-samples extracted from test material. 

AmpliSens®  MDR MCR-1-FRT  PCR kit 

AmpliSens®  MDR MCR-1-FRT  PCR kit ( catalog number  HN-4171-1-CE )   is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for qualitative detection of plasmid-encoded mcr-1 colistin resistance genes and marker genes of enterobacteria (Enterobacterales order) (16S rRNA genes) in bacterial culture samples obtained by seeding the biomaterial (cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), punctate from lesions of organs and tissues, traumatic discharge, tracheal aspirate, bronchoalveolar lavage, blood, sputum, urine, flushing from medical equipment, tools and inventory, wash or food homogenate) on liquid or solid medium using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection of amplified products. Detection of mcr-1 group genes is carried out in order to identify Enterobacterales strains resistant to the colistin. The material for PCR-analysis is DNA samples extracted from test material.

AmpliSens®   MDR VRE-FRT  PCR kit 

AmpliSens®   MDR VRE-FRT  PCR kit ( catalog number  HN-3891-1-CE )  is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for qualitative detection of DNA of Enterococcus spp. and vanA and vanB gene in bacterial culture samples obtained by seeding the biomaterial (tracheal aspirate, bronchoalveolar lavage, blood, cerebrospinal fluid, sputum, urine, traumatic discharge) on liquid or solid medium using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection of amplified products. Detection of the vanA and vanB genes is carried out in order to identify strains of Enterococcus resistant to the vancomycin antibiotic (VRE). The material for PCR-analysis is DNA samples extracted from test material.

AmpliSens®  Giardia lamblia -FRT PCR kit ( catalog number H-2821-1-CE )  is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for qualitative detection of Giardia lamblia DNA in the biological material (feces) and environmental objects (water sample concentrates) using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection of amplified products. The material for PCR is DNA samples extracted from the test material.
