AmpliSens® HHV7-screen/monitor-FRT PCR kit is an in vitro nucleic acid amplification test for quantitative detection of human herpes virus type 7 (HHV7) DNA in the biological material (blood plasma, whole blood, saliva), taken from the persons suspected of herpes virus infection, using real-time hybridization-fluorescence detection of amplified products.
Recommended extraction kits: RIBO-prep (K2-9-Et-100-CE). It is possible to use other nucleic acid extraction protocols.
